Product-Specific Terms & Licenses
These Terms of Service apply to the access and use of the saposs.com website and general software consulting engagements. Each independent software product developed, published, or operated by SAPOSS has its own dedicated Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (EULA) accessible on its respective website or app.
1. Scope of Agreement
By accessing saposs.com or engaging SAPOSS for custom software engineering and digital solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software Development & Custom Services
Custom software engineering services, consulting, and development contracts provided by SAPOSS are governed by individual project agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon between SAPOSS and the respective client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, graphics, and code featured on saposs.com are the intellectual property of SAPOSS (Jimmy Lee). Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep our website accurate and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of continuous availability. SAPOSS is liable for damages solely in accordance with statutory German law (§§ 276, 280 BGB).
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Lingen (Ems), Germany.
